Yes, each child absolutely needs to be monitored during use of our soft play equipment. While our equipment is soft, safe, and sanitized, adult eyes should stay on the little ones, because utter safety (and engagement) are vital.
Each piece of our equipment (including every ball pit ball, floor mat, gate, etc.) is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use, utilizing a non-toxic, fragrance-free, residue-free cleaner, which kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs. We exclusively use CleanSmart.

$150 deposit is required to secure your requested date. Remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event through Zelle.
If you decide to cancel your event for a personal or unforeseen reason occurs, unfortunately the security deposit is non refundable, however you will be provided with a credit to rebook with within 12 months.
Should it rain on the day of your event, your hire might be cancelled if no back up indoor space has been organised (tent with 4 side walls, house...). In this case, your deposit paid moves to a credit on file, valid to rebook with us within 12 months.
