Yes, each child absolutely needs to be monitored during use of our soft play equipment. While our equipment is soft, safe, and sanitized, adult eyes should stay on the little ones, because utter safety (and engagement) are vital.
Each piece of our equipment (including every ball pit ball, floor mat, gate, etc.) is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use, utilizing a non-toxic, fragrance-free, residue-free cleaner, which kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs. We exclusively use CleanSmart.

$100 deposit is required to secure your requested date. Remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to your event through Zelle.
Yes. We understand that plans change and hurricane hits Chicago. Deposits are refundable up to one week (seven calendar days) prior to your event. Cancellations less than seven days prior to the event will result in the loss of your deposit.
Should it rain on the day of your event, we will work with you on the solution suitable to all parties. If you are not able to hold your party indoors, we will happily offer you a full refund (deposit included).
